Scheduled appointment times are reserved especially for you.
We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to change or cancel any service at no charge.
For groups of 2 or more, we require a notice of a minimum of ONE WEEK for cancellation of treatments/services.
We reserve the right to charge up to the FULL SERVICE amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation for services/treatments and will include a deposit equalling 20% of the full price of services/treatments requested. It will be refunded as long as you follow the cancellation policy. A confirmation email or text message will be sent to the email address or cell phone number on file which will be provided by the client when booking their treatments/services.
Gift Card/Gift Certificate Policy:
Healing Salt Cave Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced cards or certificates. Gift cards/certificates must be presented when services are rendered. Unused funds will be disbursed as store credit in the form of a physical gift card for use at Healing Salt Cave Wellness Spa only.
To our Members and Non-members:
Monthly memberships are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other services. Please allow 30 DAYS NOTICE prior to cancelling your membership. A valid credit card on file will be charged monthly and any unpaid balance you have will affect future bookings.
Services, policies, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Healing Salt Cave and Wellness Spa LLC, is not responsible for lost/misplaced personal belongings.
